Sedate for an hour a night
Suffocate what is young
I really wish I had known what I know
So the weight of everything wouldn’t crush my faith
Put my fate in an ageless heart and I call that dark space my only way out Then once a year, I’ll let it out
I just can’t let the weight in
It’s gone, so I don’t even notice
My dark, isn’t quite enough to hold this
When I called out your name, no one answered
Why did no one answer?
You’re gone, and I don’t even notice
Where you are, you don’t need to know me
I see your face in a heaven night
I see the space in my hands
The space is young
The wound is getting deeper
You can’t even hold in fate
Forever laughs
It laughs.
When I called out your name
No one answered
Why did no one answer?
the evolution of citizen is almost identical to the typical depiction of human evolution. As you please strays from the previous releases while containing raw emotion. ghøstbødy
Been following Somos for many years, feeling that they had an opus in them...well, here it is. Driving pop-punk sensibilities lend an upbeat tone in contrast to the grim lyrical proceedings, and they absolutely pull it off. Evocative music that's been on repeat for me all month long.
